Welcome to cliq0. These Terms of Service govern your use of the cliq0 URL shortening service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Create shortened URLs from long web addresses
Track click analytics on shortened links
Custom branded aliases (authenticated users only)
Manage URLs through a dashboard (authenticated users only)

2. Account Registration and Authentication

2.1 Account Creation

Unauthenticated users: 10 URLs per hour
Authenticated users: 100 URLs per hour
Custom aliases and dashboard access
Analytics and URL management

2.2 Authentication Methods

Email and password
Google OAuth

2.3 Account Security

Maintain credential confidentiality
Responsible for account activity
Use strong, unique passwords
Report unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use cliq0 to shorten URLs that:

Illegal content or activities
Malware, phishing, scams, or fraud
Hate speech, harassment, or violent content
Circumventing rate limits or security
Reverse engineering or scraping

Enforcements

Violating links will be disabled immediately
Repeat offenders will be banned
We cooperate with law enforcement

4. Rate Limits

10 URLs/hour per IP (unauthenticated)
100 URLs/hour per account (authenticated)
Rate limits may change to ensure fair use

5. URL Management

Custom Aliases

3–50 characters
Letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores only
First-come, first-served
Reserved terms restricted

Modification & Ownership

Edit destination URLs
Activate/deactivate links
Delete URLs and analytics permanently
Authenticated URLs belong to your account

6. Analytics & Data

Click count and timestamps
IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention
Analytics retained unless URL is deleted
Not shared except as required by law

7. Data Export & Account Deletion

Export data in JSON format
Delete account anytime (irreversible)
All URLs and analytics permanently removed

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or error-free operation.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and documentation belong to cliq0. You retain rights to the content you link to.

10–13. Legal & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties and limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify cliq0 for misuse or violations of these Terms.

14–18. Privacy, Changes & Termination

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates to these Terms. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and cliq0.

19–21. Additional Provisions

Minimum age: 13 (parental consent under 18)
